The sludge that are purged from the system must be treated to reduce its volume and avoid unnecessary transportation costs.

• Preparation of polyelectrolyte

• In order to treat sludge and dehydrate them properly at lower cost, these must be conditioned. Conditioning is done by adding a chemical reagent that has to be prepared. The preparation equipment can be made of polypropylene, FRP or stainless steel. Can be automatically or manually operated depending on the needs.

• Gravity filter – filter bags

• Physical system to separate by gravity filtration. Made of stainless steel with built-in mixing chamber. Can be automatically or manually operated.

• Conveyor

• Conveyor: screw built in special carbon steel, driven by electrical motor, polyethylene wear zone and stainless steel channel. Different sizes based on usage.
